The purpose of this policy is to outline the requirement for all job applicants at Sacha, regardless of location, to provide a recent profile photo and links to their social media platforms prior to scheduling an interview.

As part of our recruitment process, all candidates must provide a recent profile photo and links to their active social media platforms upon submission of their job application. Procedure:

1. Application Submission:

   1.1. All job applicants must submit their application through the designated application process outlined by Sacha.

   1.2. Along with the application, candidates must attach a recent profile photo and provide links to their active social media platforms.

2. Review and Assessment:

   2.1. Upon application submission, the Human Resources department will review the candidate's profile photo and evaluate their social media platforms.

   2.2. The HR department will ensure that the provided profile photo is appropriate and meets the professional standards of Sacha.

   2.3. Social media platforms will be assessed to gain insight into the candidate's professional qualifications, behavior, and overall online presence.

3. Interview Scheduling:

   3.1. Following a positive assessment of the profile photo and review of the social media platforms, the HR department will proceed with scheduling an interview.

   3.2. The provided contact information will be used to communicate the date, time, and other necessary details regarding the interview.

4. Privacy and Non-Discrimination Assurance:

   4.1. All profile photos and links to social media platforms submitted by job applicants will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

   4.2. Sacha strictly adheres to its policy of equal opportunity employment and ensures that this requirement is applied impartially, without any form of discrimination.

5. Removal of Profile Photo and Social Media Links:

   5.1. In the event that a candidate's application is unsuccessful, all submitted profile photos and links to social media platforms will be promptly and permanently removed from our records, ensuring the preservation of privacy.
