I wasn’t too impressed with this product at first. I had to really work with it to get the colour payout that I wanted. However, I will say it helps the eyeshadow stay in place all day. No creasing at all. And I have really oily eyelids so creasing has always been an issue for me. Overall, it’s a good product.
Eye makeup looks more pigmented when these bases are applied...
